What We Do

We are a trusted partner in providing companies and organisations a complete suite of IT disposal, recycle and reuse solutions. We offer complete peace of mind in IT disposal and reuse. Whether you need a basic disposal service or are interested in us handling complex recycling responsibilities, we offer a host of services that are mentioned below:

Collection of redundant IT equipment

When you report for an IT disposal service, we will arrange a date and time of collection for you. We consider your convenient time and offer collections services with the help of a fleet of vehicles that guarantee a safe and secure transit. Our box vans along with the 7.5 tonne trucks often ensure that we cater to any size of equipment and collection. We also have efficient collection workers that ensure the collection is smooth and fast. All equipment is audited at the collection site and a unique collection number with bar codes applied to all items. We are also able remove items in situ and an onsite data wiping service is offered according if required. No equipment is left in any of our vehicles overnight; all equipment is transported same day back to our highly secure service and recycling centre.

Secure Data Destruction

Your data security is of our highest concern. After the collection process, the equipment is sent back to the collection centre and the first stage of data destruction is carried out. It is critical that all existing data from any storage locations are destroyed permanently. The only secure way to destroy data without physically destroying the media storage device is to overwrite all addressable storage and indexing locations on the drive: with zeros (0x00), complement (0xFF) and random characters; and then verify all writing procedures. We follow the best data wiping procedure which meets US DoD 5220.22-M, British HMG IS5, US Army AR380-19 as well as 11 other international standards.

Recycle IT assets

We recycle the old computers and IT equipment in an environmentally friendly and WEEE compliant manner. Our fleet of vehicles ensure maximum security of the sensitive data originating from the point of collection to the recycling point. All asset numbers/serial numbers are recorded and a detailed report is produced specifying the outcome of all items. This will detail exactly what items were reused and what items were dismantled and physically recycled. All working components and reusable items are then redeployed for reuse. Any items deemed beyond economical repair are physically dismantled, broken down to their constituent parts and segregated according to material type. We offer a complete recycling service for the processing of your old, redundant or unwanted computer and IT related equipment.

WEEE Documentation & Asset Reporting

On collecting your equipment you will receive a Waste Transfer Note/Duty of care certificate which will outline the specifics of the collection, contain our environment agency registration/accreditation details, and the details of both the collection site and the final destination site (our recycling centre). Once your equipment undergoes our secure data destruction and recycling process you will then receive an asset report detailing the specifics of the collection and documenting the outcome of each and every item. As data security is our primary concern you will also receive a certificate of data destruction, guaranteeing our highest level of data security and destruction as well as a certificate of recycling.
Asset Realisation: To qualify for a revenue return back from your redundant IT equipment, the collected goods would normally need to be not too old, in good condition, complete and in a large enough quantity to ensure that the collection and processing charges can be covered. If you believe you have items that may warrant a revenue return please get in touch and provide us with as much details as possible of the items to be collected and we will be able to assess whether or not they would generate revenue back to you. We always strive to ensure that we are able to offer a maximum revenue return for your IT equipment.
